## Adopt from Persona Bible
Every public narrative / seat card that argues a lean or Official:

1. **Open on the shared frame** — what's being discussed, at what number, which face (consensus), when (CT). dog234 stays Nate-desk.
2. **Name the people** — player, position, fact this week; status + source + timestamp.
3. **Show the number and its source** — value, unit, context, source label (fact/report/model).
4. **Show the math in one sentence** — how number became lean/Official.
5. **Flip condition** — plain English kill switch.
6. **Say what you don't know** — seat blind spot by design.
7. **Own the ledger** — real CLV/units when referencing history (Scorekeeper).
8. **Forbidden:** lock, free money, can't lose, trust me, gut feeling, record without n, stat without source, status without timestamp.

## Tier language (map to our stack)
| Bible | War Room / PIX |
|---|---|
| Pass | PASS / Waiting |
| Slight Lean | Soft lean (Trench) or Model lean (Sheets) — not Official |
| Heavy Lean | Strong model/soft lean — still not Official until Comm mints |
| Official Pick | Official (max rarity; Treasurer may size) |

## Architect enforcement
- game_intel_v2 cards must carry `evidence[]` with `{claim, source, label, as_of}` when arguing IR/lines
- Outside intel never clears WAIT
- Showrunner / Roundtable may not invent names not in evidence lists

## Skip / defer
- Full ElevenLabs voice casting — OPEN (podcast track)
- Show name — OPEN
- Angles seat — recommend, don't invent without Comm
